A remarkable piece of claymation this week from DC band Middle Distance Runner.

Director Maxwell Sorensen has produced an animated version of the band in a recording studio. The detail and skill on display is impressive enough, but half-way through the video we have a radical change of direction. I'm not going to tell you what that is, because everyone deserves to come to this video as fresh as possible.

This track was played on my audio podcast, Ourobouros Podcast, in 2009 so it's already been featured on the 'Best of 2009' show. Now it gets the episode to itself that it deserves.
