Artist: Inu
Track: Stephen Colbert
Director: Dan McHale
A return to an animated video for this week.
Stephen Colbert is one of the finest satirists in the US political scene and San Francisco band Inu wrote a song in tribute to him. For the video, director Dan McHale animated a riff on the credits for The Colbert Report. As well as this reasonable idea he also manages to fit in his own satirical notes with caricatures of right-wing TV analysts such as Glenn Beck and Geraldo Rivera.
There's a good chance that UK viewers will be unaware of Colbert's genius, since his show has been off UK screens for nearly two years, but trust me this is a brilliant tribute to him. I hope that even people who have never seen an episode of The Colbert Report will manage to enjoy this video.

See you next week for another great music video.

That's great! The song is pretty cool, too.
